Service Description

'The Tree' @ Banstead, for a deep dive into sound to immerse in nature, accompanied by the sounds of birds, the wind in the leaves, while you are bathed in the gong and other healing frequencies. Third Saturday of each month, 12-2pm, starting when the weather is better, aiming for the first session on Saturday March 21 2026 but subject to change. BRING: Mat, Blanket, Sleeping Bag, Eye Mask, Hot Water Bottle, Water, Tea, Snacks, BYO Lunch, Crystals. ​ Arrive 10 mins before 12pm so we can start on time.
