PRIVATE MEMBERS’ CLUB CONSTITUTION

“Nature Works Wellness Club”

 

1. Name & Nature

The club shall be known as Nature Works Wellness Club (“the Club”).

The Club exists as a private members’ wellness association providing access to wellness-based experiences including relaxation, grounding practices, and holistic wellbeing activities.

Membership is voluntary and subject to acceptance of this Constitution.

 

2. Purpose

The purpose of the Club is to:

Provide a private wellness space for rest and wellbeing

Support grounding, relaxation, and nature-based practices

Create a calm, respectful environment for members

The Club is not a public facility and reserves the right to restrict access.

 

3. Membership Rules

Membership is governed as follows:

3.1 Membership is required to access Club activities

3.2 Membership is granted only upon acceptance of this Constitution

3.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership

3.4 Members must act in accordance with the Code of Conduct

3.5 Membership is personal and non-transferable

4. Governance

The Club is governed by:

Approve or refuse membership

Amend Club rules

Remove members for breach of conduct

5. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

Treat others with respect

Maintain a calm and non-disruptive presence

Respect the space and equipment

Not engage in harassment, aggression, or unsafe behaviour

Follow any guidance given by the Club

Not attend under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

Respect confidentiality of other members

The Club may remove any member immediately if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

Step 1: Informal discussion with the Founder

Step 2: Written complaint submitted to Club email

Step 3: Internal review by Founder within 14 days

Step 4: Final decision made by Founder

The Club is a private association; decisions are final subject to applicable UK law.

Each person is a teacher, there are always lessons to learn, trying our best at any time. Although our perspectives may differ, we accept and acknowledge with grace these differences, uniting us as a whole. Inlakesh 'I am another yourself'. Within is our true self where care and kindness weave the tapestry of our soul.

 

Nature Works UK create spaces to provide favourable conditions to grow. Beginning as seeds to know thyself, expanding our roots to feel our experiences, growing our stems maintains meditation and then we blossom. We are mirrors of each other, with knowledge and wisdom, open to learning, embracing acceptance.

 

Exploring...Who am I? Where am I? Why am I where I'm at? What am I here to do? 

 

Grounding to Mother Earth of 432hz, tuning into Father Sky, resonating with the 520hz vibration of love, and somewhere within is the child - our unique frequency. There will only ever be one who carries the combination of you, the light who shines bright.

 

Here and now, in stillness and in silence, the space to be humble, to learn, to open our heart space, here in this vibration of infinite possibilities to create. Become one with our spirit by encompassing our heart vibration, which prevents absorption of being drawn back into the whole. The trinity, the Father, the Mother, and Child, embodying the loving and kind being you are. Experiencing which in turn inputs into the whole creation. 

 

Our mind is our ship, our will is our captain, our spirit our navigator.
