Gong Bath - 

It was said by the Ancients that if you were Gonged for ten days you would be cured of anything. The current opinion of the scientific community is that the use of sound is a valuable tool in the treatment of many conditions, ailments and diseases. The vibration of a gong is a powerful method for reducing stress. Known as a Gong Bath, the gong creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing; a state which activates the 'rest and digest' nervous system to balance the over-amped, over-taxed 'fight or flight' nervous system.

"Forgiveness, 98% of us have childhood trauma. Firstly Forgive our Mum, Dad or Carer. Why? They did the best they could to give you the best you have. Secondly, Forgive the Inner Child. Why? It wasn't the Childs fault and you couldn't defend yourself so give that baby a hug and say from now on everything's going to be good. Thirdly, Forgive Everyone who has ever done wrong to you. Why? When you forgive your Mum, Dad or Carer, your inner Child and anyone else who has harmed you in your life, you are not forgiving them, you are forgiving yourself. In this moment you open your Heart and you throw away all the hate, all the resentment, and all the poison that you've been carrying around all your life inside of you. From that moment it's like you have a ballon with a string and you cut that string and let the balloon go. You're free. That's when you start living your purpose in life. Because each one of us came to this life for a purpose. Nobody came here for nothing. So every life is valuable. What is the purpose for each of us? It's called service. Why service? Because when you die you won't take anything material with you. The only thing you're going to take with you is, how many fellow beings you helped on Earth, how many you gave shelter to, how many you gave food to, how many you gave advice to, how many lives you changed here on Earth. What is the blueprint you left here on Earth for others to follow? Service. What are you doing today to change someone's life and leave a legacy of love that's going to continue even after you are gone from this Earth.
