Gong Bath Meditation

It was said by the Ancients that if you were Gonged for ten days you would be cured of anything. The current opinion of the scientific community is that the use of sound is a valuable tool in the treatment of many conditions, ailments and diseases. The vibration of a gong is a powerful method for reducing stress. Known as a Gong Bath, the gong creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing; a state which activates the 'rest and digest' nervous system to balance the over-amped, over-taxed 'fight or flight' nervous system.

Shinrin-Yoku was designed in 1982 to counterbalance the stressful lifestyle of modern urban living. As more and more scientific evidence is carried out to support the positive benefits of Shinrin-Yoku, I too believe nature is our greatest guide, teacher, and healer.

Nature Works Forest Club has 3 options - Relax and Balance, Create and Inspire, Photography & Nature. for those wishing to develop their mindfulness skills and is specifically designed for creativity - writing and documenting nature through photography. Enjoy natural healing and share creatively through writing and photography - no prior experience necessary.

With over 25 years of professional experience Calina will guide you through each step to learn the functions of your camera and how to achieve 'the decisive moment' Henri Cartier-Bresson.

If you are a natural therapist, artist or creator who would like a promotional film for your You Tube channel or website, Calina Marie is fully qualified for the job. With a BA hons degree in photography and digital arts from Westminster University and over 24 years of experience in commercial media, she has the creative insight to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and deliver quality media for you to promote your business.

Calina Marie is a fully qualified crystal healer.

Crystal healing is an acient therapy that utilises the natural power of crystals and gemstone to improve health and well-being. Crystal healing is holistic, meaning that the treatment restores health and balance at all levels; emotional, physical and spiritual. Appropriate healing crystals are chosen and placed on the chakras and around the body to activate and support the natural self-healing process.

Block Therapy is designed to melt through restrictions in fascia tissue caused from aging, injury and surgery. The student lies over a therapeutic tool called the Block Buddy. The combination of body weight, gravity and diaphragmatic breathing creates a heating effect that melts through restrictions, improving blood and oxygen flow to cells.
