Forest Club offers the Japanese art of Shinrin-Yoku which translates to mean Forest Bathing, this has brought a whole new dynamic to self discovery and natural healing. Shinrin-Yoku was designed in 1982 to counterbalance the stressful lifestyle of modern urban living. As more and more scientific evidence is carried out to support the positive benefits of Shinrin-Yoku, I too believe nature is our greatest guide, teacher, and healer.

"Thank you for the peaceful walk in nature 🍁🍂🕸️🐞 this morning Calina. As always the sounds 🎶 are beautiful and so relaxing. Really helps with a heavy mind with all that's going on in the world. Totally forgot about the stresses of life during the session, using all our senses to take in our surroundings. Sienna really enjoyed the photography lesson 📷
Lovely to sit under our tree again 🌳 feels like there is a special energy and connection there 💫" Estelle
Thank you everyone for a beautiful day in the forest 🌳 The sun 🌞came out for most of our session which was gloriously welcomed 🌈 Even though the seasonal cycles are coming is winter and outside looks cold and grey, when we venture out into nature and tune into all our senses 👀👣👃👂🖐️ a beautiful world of colours, shapes, music and joy arises within our senses. A space where there is life present everywhere - a gift 🕷️. Nature our greatest guide and teacher 🎶. Nature, it truly works 🍃 teaching us to celebrate the uniqueness of who we truly are, void of judgement. Tuning into our heart 💚 space, step by step steady as we go into the forest 🌲we go to loose our minds and discover our souls 💫 blessings to all 🙏 See you next week at Forest Bathing and The Art of Stillness for another journey of discovery 🌻 I look forward to seeing all the photographs from today's practice of stillness through the camera 📸 🤍💛🧡

I asked the leaf whether it was frightened because it was autumn and the other leaves were falling. The leaf told me, "No. During the whole spring and summer I was completely alive. I worked hard to help nourish the tree, and now much of me is in the tree. I am not limited by this form. I am also the whole tree, and when I go back to the soil, I will continue to nourish the tree. So I don’t worry at all. As I leave this branch and float to the ground, I will wave to the tree and tell her, 'I will see you again very soon'."
That day there was a wind blowing and, after a while, I saw the leaf leave the branch and float down to the soil, dancing joyfully, because as it floated it saw itself already there in the tree. It was so happy. I bowed my head, knowing that I have a lot to learn from the leaf.
