Who we are

We are an education platform focusing on meditation and above all the right to self-determine free from government or corporate overreach. We use the written word as well as audio-visual content to educate and inform. We also use meditational techniques and products such as:

Exchanging with Nature Works UK as Private Members

Nature Works UK is a 'Private Members Club' which means we are run as a closed door business, by appointment only. By using our services you are a member of this club and agree you are a sovereign living man/woman privately trading with Nature Works UK. By being a member, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer as set out within this website.

 

All payments are recognised through the exchange of energy. This can be in the form of either offering a service or trade to ‘Nature Works UK’ in exchange for another service or trade where both parties have agreed prior to exchange. Or your contribution to ‘Nature Works UK’ may be in the form of £ currency; originating from former energy exchanges you have had. 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it 

Here at Nature Works UK we are committed to maintaining your privacy.  We take your data seriously and practice high standards for the protection of your personal information.  Please read carefully in order to fully understand how we go about doing this. 

 

This policy also contains information about cookies. The following polices are intended to protect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

Below we outline the type of information normally collected, the reasons for doing so and how we intend to use and store it.  This policy is effective with immediate effect.  

Use of your Information and Protecting your Private Information

We will only use the personal contact information you have given us to better attempt to fulfil and understand your needs, provide you with a better service, administer your account, provide the services you have requested, keep you updated  and to establish and maintain our relationship.

We gather email addresses for electronic communication of forthcoming events, both live and online. The information we gather helps us organise our events, whether free or paid for live or online.

We may use the information to customise our website according to your interests or to manage and develop our business and  operations, helping us improve our services to you.  We may contact you for marketing purposes by email or occasionally by phone.  We will never share this personal data with any third party services without your express permission or if legally required to do so. 

Contact forms

In order to facilitate our education service, we ask visitors to subscribe to our site by filling our a contact form to make their specific enquiry known to us. The data collected in the contact forms is used to enable us to direct the person filling in the form to the most appropriate service or resource that our website provides to meet their stated needs. 

 

What is stored online and what is kept physically secure

Only your contact data is stored online, on secure servers behind a firewall.  Any other personal information you give us is kept as hard copy and physically secure; it is not stored online, in the Cloud or with the use of any other technology.  As a matter of course all records are kept for a period of 7 years after your last session.  This is for legal reasons and after this date your data will be securely deleted or in the case of hard copy, securely shredded.

 

Website Host

Nature Works UK is hosted by Wix.com which provides us with an online platform allowing us to offer our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall.   Cookies are implemented in every site built by Wix. and could also be used by Google Analytics and/or other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, which may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information.  As these are external services, such practices are not covered by our Privacy Policy.

 

Visiting our website
Our website does not collect personally identifiable information from you or your computer when you simply visit (e.g. browse) and unless you actually provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not know or collect your name, email address or any other personally identifiable information about you.

Security and Storage of Your Data
Any personal information we request from you will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act 1998.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via internet is not completely secure. We will always endeavour to do our best to protect your personal data however we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website or to us via email,  therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information and in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place strict physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How We Use Cookies

We retain your data until you request us to delete it or for 5 years from the date of membership where no request to remove data is received.

Member Registration

For users of our services, you become a member of Nature Works UK automatically, we store personal information you provide in your user profile. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Your data is sent to our admin team for internal purposes only and not released to third parties.

 

How we protect your data

  • When we send out group notifications to course participants we blind copy each participant so that personal data is not visible to other members of the study group.

  • Any individual communications by email are dealt with privately and confidentially and never shared or discussed with third party members or non-members.

  • During a live Zoom call, we use the live call chat facility to allows course participants to ask questions or raise issues privately rather than to the whole group.

  • Live session participants who do not wish to be seen are given the option by the Zoom client to remain invisible to other course participants.

  • We have no affiliation with other platforms for data processing or marketing purposes.

  • Payments to enroll on any Meditation Sessions are processed by the course participant via bank to bank transfer. No third party payment platform is currently (as of March 2024) used in payment processing.

Website and Google Analytics
From time to time we use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use our website. We do this to help make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements.

Information Stored by Google Analytics
Google Analytics collects information about the pages you have visited; how long you have spent on each web page; how you got to the site and what you have clicked on while you were visiting the site.  We don’t collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information can’t be used to identify who you are.  Furthermore, we do not allow Google to use or share our analytics data.

 

Your contact information

We only require your email address to establish basic communication with you. You may choose to include a contact telephone number if you believe that it would assist in the efficient processing of any request or application you decide to make.

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you or if you do not want us to process your data anymore, please contact us through the contact form.
